United States Passports

The Pike County Probate office accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. To serve our customers in the most efficient manner possible, passport applications are accepted by appointment only. U.S. citizens planning on international travel may apply for their passports by appointment only, Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-1PM and 2PM-4:30PM at the Pike County Courthouse. Please call (334)566-1246 to schedule your appointment.

Basic Steps for Passport – Adult Application – Pike Co. Probate Office:

1. Bring one (1) passport photo (2″ x 2″ inches each)
2. Bring 2 proofs of ID (Certified Birth Certificate and Drivers License)
3. Complete the Official Passport Application
4. Pay Fee
